Hi Scotty! Thanks for setting me up with Matt for a great day of fishing. Ever the patient coach, Matt introduced me to a new facet of fly fishing with lighter equipment and different casting techniques. Best of all, Matt put me onto many fish and they were caught on flies he tied!  Aspen Trout Guides are all great and I am never disappointed when I get out with one of them.  I'm coming back September 22nd for a full day this time! Wanted to express my gratitude for quality service provided by Matt. Patience, kind, personable and professional were key attributes he exuded all day. At all times he was a ghost that hid in my blind spot allowing me to think I had the river in great solitude.  In addition, I felt secure someone had my back and I could hear precise instructions and encouraging comments getting me on trout.  Thanks for everyone that welcomed me in the store and for having Matt as a valuable tactician in the art of fly fishing and ultimate customer service.

Scotty,

Once again you have provided me with an exciting fishing trip. Matt was great as he patiently taught me how to fish 'wet'.  That was my first time doing it and after struggling some (especially with some downstream casts) I found it very enjoyable and somewhat more exciting than dry fly fishing.

Compliments to Matt for his excellent guiding. I think he let you know we hit several nice fish and several species.  I would go fishing with him again anytime!
